Isabella combines her experience as a special education teacher and psychiatric medical assistant with her passion for trauma-informed, multicultural counseling. She creates a supportive, non-judgmental environment to foster trust and growth, using a blend of psychodynamic therapy and evidence-based practices like DBT.

  • Her work at a college counseling center included helping students manage anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, LGBTQ+ issues, and life transitions. As a former Division I athlete, Isabella has a special interest in the intersection of sports and mental health, including body image, disordered eating, athletic transitions, self-esteem, and team dynamics. A yoga instructor as well, Isabella takes a holistic approach to wellness.

Q Williams – Founder, Coach, and Workshop Facilitator

Quentin Williams (Q), Founder and CEO of World Class, has spent the last 12 years working at the intersection of mental performance, athletic transition, and masculinity. He developed the World Class Method, a 5-step process designed to help athletes find their purpose, rediscover their identity, build confidence, and ignite their passion for life beyond the game. Through this approach, Quentin has supported over 1,000 men and women in achieving the same level of fulfillment and passion they experienced as athletes in their everyday lives.

His journey into business is driven by a deep passion to help athletes redefine success, cultivate unwavering confidence, and discover fulfillment in every aspect of life—whether in business, relationships, or personal growth.

Jennie Marie

Jen Marie Nutrition - dietitian

Jennie is a Registered Dietitian with a Master's in Nutrition. She has worked in sports both at the college and professional level and currently works through her private practice merging the worlds of sports nutrition and functional medicine. Jennie understands how hormones, metabolic health and lifestyle play a role in your health and loves to work with you to create a realistic and helpful plan that works for you. She uses each nutrition, movement, lifestyle modifications and supplements to help you reach your goals. Jennie graduated undergrad from Wake Forest University studying Biology and Psychology and got her Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics at Pace University.
