THE CITY CAPTAIN
- EVENTS TEAM
Help bring AthletEX events to life in your city and get paid to do it! As an event coordinator, you’ll work with our corporate team to propose exciting events for members in your city and ensure that each event runs smoothly.
Our ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and creative. We’re looking for the planner of the friend group – the one that makes sure the dinners are booked, the group is coordinating outfits, and everyone has reserved their spot for the weekend workout class.
• Brainstorm interesting events and recommend spaces within your city for us to host events
• Collaborate with AX Founder to plan events, track member engagement, and coordinate vendor communication
• Attend and manage events (events occur on weeknights and weekends and are usually less than 3 hours including prep, activity, and clean up)
• Represent our Team by fostering a positive relationship internally and externally with members, partners, and vendors
• Capture content (photos and videos) at events that can be used for AX social media
Responsibilities:
We’re looking to hire two event coordinators per city. This is an in-person part-time role. Please only apply for the City you currently reside in.
